Hi! I’m going to talk about my favorite artist.
It was hard to choose one, so I’m going to present two artists: Kelsey Smith “Amidst Silence” and Jessica Antunez “Elle est Jess”. These girls do
illustrations and show their work on Internet, for example: Instagram or
Tumblr.
Talking about their life and career is kind of
difficult, because as I was saying, they’re artist from Internet, but anyway. Jessica Antunez is a chilean artist, she used to be on illustration fairs, like Safari Festival (right now she's in France) that’s the place where
I met her last summer. I remember I was buying some stickers made by herself. She does any kind of kind of art, for example:
illustrations, engraving patches, posters, paintings and even dolls, everything
related to music, movies and artists. I like Elle est Jess, because in her work I can see the passion and
dedication, besides I think everything she does is amazing.
Kelsey Smith or "Amidst Silence" is a girl from U.S.A and she studies art. I don't remember how I met this artist, I guess for social networks, besides she has famous illustrations you can see on Internet. She draws with Photoshop and you can see her work on Tumblr, Instagram and even you can see all the creative process on Youtube. I like her work, because it has a lot of little details related with Studio Ghibli's movies, the palette colors and almost every illustration contains something about the universe and space.
