I think there are a lot of things I would change in this school or career. I’m studying cinema and television and this career has a lot of lacks. There are subjects in cinema we don’t study and the teachers don’t show. For example, stop motion or animated movies, I think these are important because they have their own codes and ways. I mean, IT'S CINEMA TOO! And we don’t have even an elective subject of this. Besides, I have a lot of –boring- subjects with journalism’s students and to be honest: those courses are horrible and eternal. I mean, I’m in 4th year and we still studying old theories about communication and mass media SINCE 1ST YEAR. But I have to say something: I’m studying with the old curriculum map. So, maybe the new one it’s much better (I hope).
The building on ICEI is too small, every year there
are more and more students and the campus –in general- is full. I mean, if you want to have lunch it’s
almost impossible, you have to be patient or buy something outside, because
sometimes it takes you a lot of time being on the lines just for buy the collation.
The library is the same thing.
But let’s talk about the good things: at least
the space is quiet, nobody judges you and the teachers, in general, are great.
I say in general, because in my experience, in my opinion and in cinema, the
best ones are the women. I’ve learned a lot with women-teachers, I don’t know
why but it’s something that happens in this career. Besides, they're all feminists 馃挆
I think there are a lot of things to improve,
after all Icei has just 10 years. But they should listen the students proposes
and innovate the way of teaching: it’s too old.
I don´t how ICEI allows more and more people to enter every year if the building is so small. We need more infrastructure as soon as possible.

ResponderEliminarI think an important aspect to improve in the faculty is that teachers must adapt to the new times
