I hate religion. Everyday, I have another
argument to affirm religion shouldn’t exist.
I was 13 years old, I was at school in Religion
subject and the teacher said: women must not have sex until marriage. In that
moment, I didn’t realize how violent was that affirmation, because I was a
sexist young lady, I mean, I used to discriminate women saying words like “slut”
or “bitch”. But then, AND FINALLY, I realize I was wrong. Having sex isn’t bad
or masturbation neither. But the religion, the church and preacher have power
until today, they give hate’s speech about sex, sexual orientation, women, etc.
Last Saturday, there were a protest in favor of
life and against gender ideology. I mean, you can be against to all of these or
not agree, I think it’s valid. But these people, that CASUALLY ARE RELIGIOUS, have
hate deep inside. They don’t accept the differences and today they have power.
They can influence in all the politics decisions and our country’s –supposed-
lay.
When I take the bus, I always see a poster in a
church, which says: “let’s say yes to life”.
Life of those? Abandoned children? Children who decide to kill themselves
for not being accepted like Trans? Okay, I understand. And all of this starts
with religion, the word divine, the power of God, the priest or even the
teacher who told: women must not have sex. We’re in 21st century,
but this is still happening.
I hate religion too, and I hate the fascism of religious fanatics.
ResponderEliminarThe Saturday that just happened "religious people" hit boys and girls who dance kpop in the park san borja, hit children !, for ideas of hatred.
That kind of belief - that kind of religion - will suck the life out of you. I know from firsthand experience. The problem with this kind of belief though is that it will enslave you to performing religious duties. The moment you begin to read the Bible less or pray less you will start to feel guilty, i tottaly agree with you.
